Fairhope Market is a completely renovated Rite Aide Pharmacy into a high end market featuring a restaurant, bakery, wines, groceries and fresh produce. Transformation included both exterior and interior completion.
This project was water intrusion at a government facility. The repairs to the exterior wall from the 10th floor down to the 3rd floor. Multi repairs from Parafit, granite and under widows. Theses repairs involved cutting through 8” poured concrete wall apply a 3 to 5 step flashing and counter flashing with interior renovations. Theses repairs took place at the county commissions offices of Connie Hudson, Jerry Carl , Merceria Ludgood along with Mayor Sandy Simpson. The day to day operation was not interrupted.
Major renovations including demolition, construction of offices and interiors, cleaning (pressure washing of ceilings and floors), painting interior of facility, relocation of equipment, design/building of mezzanines, trenching, mechanical, plumbing and extensive warehouse renovations for over 40,000 SF of production space. Coordination and planning with the various departments was a major aspect of this project in order to deliver on time/on budget commitments.
Betts Corporation, Montgomery, PA
As the Design/Build Contractor in collaboration with Architects and Engineers, complete services were provided for six stores. Each project consisted of structural, mechanical, electrical, HVAC, fire sprinkler systems and special interior finishes. The building exteriors included paving of customer parking area, tunneling under a four lane highway to connect lateral to main sewer line, constructing new entrance/exit from deceleration lane and landscaping.
The work shall consist of Repairing and Selective Replacements of the Existing Dock Bumpers and associated work. Restore adjacent surfaces affected by this work to like-new condition. Perform work in accordance with applicable codes, local ordinances, or industry standards, whichever is more stringent. Contractor shall guarantee workmanship and materials for one year from date of acceptance.
